21) Able to create and manage QA activities, Good decision making skills. Controlling the development / modification process as per the customer
requirement.
14) Identify scope and document areas for quality assurance best practices
15) Resolve Quality concerns in the manufacturing line with minimal disturbance to production
16) Review and evaluate production processes, offering technical advice and suggestions for improvement
17) Use of variety of quality tools at the suppliers level and on the work floor to constantly enhance product quality
18) Improve and maintain the quality management system at the supplier level to ensure compliance with industry standards
9) Line Stoppage Analysis & Corrective / Preventive actions monitoring. Strengthening vendor source and developing alternate source of suppliers.
Evaluating & negotiating with vendors for price & various other terms & conditions.
10) Maintaining records of nonconformance corrective actions and customer complaints
11) Coordinate Quality assurance training sessions for QA supervisor & FI inspectors
12) Reviews & analyze customer complaints to create corrective actions plans
13) Conduct internal audits & provide guidence on process improvements
4) Analyze running line problems in collaboration with the team to minimize manufacturing line rejections
5) Organize training sessions on Quality 5S, 7QC tools, 4M Analysis, OEE, LOB and DMAIC for skill enhancement
6) Implementing Why-Why Analysis for monitoring CTQ's (Critical to Quality) in manufacturing process to ensure reliability of the product.
Conducting quality audits (product / system) and tests / inspections to ensure that products received from vendors are in compliance with pre-set
7) Responsible and accountable for segment quality maintain COPQ
8 )Leading teams in customer audits, supplier audits & surveilence audits
