2. ISO 9001:2015, IATF16949:2016 certification.

4.PFMEA, SPC & MSA certification.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supplier Quality Management
Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Drive supplier issue resolution through effective problem-solving and communication.
Work on supplier development initiatives to improve quality performance and capability.
Track and monitor 8D reports for both supplier-related and customer-related issues.
2. New Part Development
Manage new part development activities from feasibility evaluation to final part submission.
Coordinate PPAP activities, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
3. Quality Tools & Systems
Implement and manage CAPA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, and other core quality tools.
Ensure timely and accurate use of quality systems to support continuous improvement.
4. Inspection & Verification
Perform quality inspections at the warehouse and supplier locations as required.
Ensure proper monitoring, maintenance, and calibration of measuring instruments and gauges.
5. Customer & Documentation Compliance
Prepare and fulfil all required customer documentation within defined timelines.
Coordinate with third-party inspection bodies for product inspections and reports.
Support QA team in day-to-day activities and operational requirements.
Ensure on-time lab testing, including preparation, execution, and identifying the appropriate testing sources.
6. Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety
Handle Level 3 & 4 documentation for Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety systems.
Support internal and customer audit preparations for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and safety audits.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and core quality tools.
Proficiency in handling and operating various types of measuring instruments (gages, micrometers, vernier
calipers, torque tools, etc.).
Experience in supplier audits, PPAP, and new part development.
Ability to work collaboratively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
Good written and verbal communication skills for interaction with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 standards.
Experience in technical knowledge of fasteners will be a added advantage
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate across departments effectively.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
