About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Quality Analyst (Ticketing Process)
with strong expertise in
GDS systems (Sabre & Galileo)
. The role involves monitoring, auditing, and ensuring 100% accuracy in ticketing, reservations, refunds, and reissues for our travel operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Audit and monitor
PNR creation, ticket issuance, re-issuance, exchanges, and refunds
to ensure process compliance.
Verify fares, taxes, penalties, and rules in
Sabre & Galileo
.
Identify errors or deviations in ticketing processes and provide corrective feedback to the operations team.
Work closely with ticketing executives, team leaders, and managers to ensure
accuracy, productivity, and SLA adherence
.
Prepare QA reports, maintain documentation, and share insights with stakeholders for process improvement.
Train and guide team members on ticketing quality standards and GDS updates.
Escalate discrepancies and suggest preventive measures to minimize revenue leakage or customer dissatisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferably Travel & Tourism / Aviation).
3-6 years of experience
in travel operations / ticketing quality analysis.
Hands-on experience in
Good understanding of airline fare rules, schedules, and GDS functionality.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for QA reporting.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
