JOB DESCRIPTION: Sr. QMS Executive

Education Criteria: B.E. Mechanical / MSC or Equivalent.

Experience: 5 years+.

Location: Worli, Mumbai

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Mechanical, Quality, or related discipline Strong knowledge of

Factory QMS standards

such as

ISO 9001

, with exposure to

ISO 14001 and ISO 45001

Understanding of

factory and product compliance requirements

as per retailers from

USA, UK, and Canada markets

Working knowledge of

social compliance standards

as per global retailer Requirements (e.g.,

BSCI, SEDEX/SMETA, SA8000, ICTI

) Hands-on experience with

toy and textile safety regulations

, testing, and certification processes Experience with

sustainability and environmental certifications

such as

FSC, GOTS, Carbon Offset

, etc. Practical exposure to

third-party inspections, audits, and ISO 17025 accredited laboratories

Strong documentation control, audit management, and training skills

/ Key Responsibilities

Implement, maintain, and continuously improve

factory QMS

in line with

ISO 9001

and applicable standards Manage

factory, product, and social compliance programs

to meet regulatory and customer requirements Interpret compliance, QMS, and social standards and translate them into

effective procedures and compliance frameworks

Plan and coordinate

product testing, inspections, and certifications

with third-party agencies Conduct

internal QMS, social, and compliance audits

and support

customer and third-party audits

, including CAPA management Oversee

sustainability and social compliance certifications

, audits, and renewals Deliver

QMS, compliance, social compliance, and audit-readiness training

to factory and cross-functional teams
