Sr QMS ENGINEER

Experience - 5+ yrs , Aluminium Die casting (High Pressure)

Qualification - BE Mechanical Engineer.

Job Location - Pune , Chakan Near Bamboli

Salary - Upto 6 LPA (50000/-)

Experience: 5 + Yrs.

1. Regular updates to the Quality Management System (QMS) and conducting internal audits.

2. Monitor supplier performance, focusing on rejection rates and addressing non-conformance (NC) issues.

3. Oversee inspection and testing activities, including raw material and child parts testing, and calibration of equipment.

4. Ensure the verification and implementation of corrective actions from supplier audits.

5. Maintain critical records, including approved supplier samples, instrument inventories, and deviation summaries.

6. Plan and review part layout inspections, including engineering changes and compliance checks.

7. Facilitate communication with suppliers through meetings, reporting, and handling rejected materials.

8. Verify Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) reports and ensure the receipt of material test certificates.

9. Implement and support quality improvement practices like Poka-Yoke, Kaizen, and 5S.

10. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
