Location: Umargaon

Job Timing: 8:30-5:30/9:30-6:30

Position: Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure quality standards and customer specifications. Maintain and update inspection reports and quality records. Monitor production processes and identify improvement areas to reduce defects. Support customer complaint investigations and assist in root cause analysis and CAPA implementation. Ensure calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments. Operate and maintain quality testing equipment. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and store teams on quality matters. Provide feedback to improve quality standards.

Skills: Knowledge of quality control processes, inspection methods, and mechanical drawings. Understanding of GD&T and measurement tools (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge). Problem-solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in quality checks. Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 (preferred). Good communication and reporting skills.

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 4-6 years in quality inspection or quality control in a manufacturing environment.(Fresher can apply)

Preferred: Experience in rubber or manufacturing industries, exposure to ISO documentation and audits.
