Shreya Plasto Bathware Pvt Ltd, Hingna MIDC, Nagpur.
We are seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer to lead quality control for our bathware manufacturing operations in Hingna MIDC, Nagpur. We specialize in products made from brass, and chrome-plated materials.

Key Responsibilities: Senior QA/QC Engineer

Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001). Implement rigorous inspection protocols for incoming raw materials (brass, stainless steel) and outgoing finished products. Monitor in-process quality control, identify non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Oversee product testing for dimensional accuracy, material composition, and corrosion resistance (salt spray testing). Manage supplier quality assurance and conduct vendor audits. Maintain documentation, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering. 5-7+ years of QA/QC experience in a relevant manufacturing setting (metal fabrication, bathware). Expertise in materials like brass, stainless steel, and knowledge of chrome plating quality control. Proficient with quality control tools and measuring instruments. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
