To ensure that all materials, workmanship, and processes comply with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements. The QA/QC Engineer will monitor, inspect, and document all quality-related activities to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor the company's QA/QC system, procedures, and standards.
Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and standards to ensure compliance.
Conduct inspections for incoming materials, in-process activities, and final deliverables.
Prepare and maintain inspection and test plans (ITPs), checklists, and quality records.
Coordinate with the construction/production team to identify and resolve quality issues.
Raise and track non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective/preventive actions.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors for quality-related matters.
Prepare QA/QC documentation such as test reports, material approvals, and quality dossiers.
Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and compliance with ISO standards.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil,).
Minimum
5-6 years
of relevant QA/QC experience.
Strong understanding of inspection methods, testing procedures, and documentation.
Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / Primavera/ Autocad and other basic Microsoft softwares.
Certification in QA/QC or Quality Management (preferred).
Work Environment:
Office and site-based work as required.
Must adhere to all safety and quality protocols.
