Job Summary - Real Estate Experience Mandidatory - Civil Experience Only
Overall QA/QC activities for construction site.
Prepare Project Quality plan, inspection & non compliance reports & related closures condition with architect client and contractors.
Quality Surveys, suggest, mix design, & ratios should be aware of IS codes & maintenance QC records.
To check quality of materials(Cement, Steels ,tiles, sand, furniture related & MEP material.
Received onsite & prepare quality reports, defects if any
Responsibilities and Duties
Experience in conception ,planning, estimation & monitoring of construction projects.
Should be well conversant with specifications & standards of building construction materials & construction.
Methodologies, the standard test procedures & documentation should carry technical supervision of ongoing work.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Required Experience- 5 TO 10 Yrs.
