Qualification

: Bachelors/Masters degree in Food Science and Technology

Quality Assurance professionals are ultimately responsible for guaranteeing the quality of your products and services. Their day-to-day work involves careful inspections and the enforcement of quality standards. Other essential duties and responsibilities in quality assurance include:

Duties and Responsibilities

Documenting and reporting product or service quality levels Developing and implementing standards for inspection Developing a workflow for product inspection Developing plans to help a company manage waste Communicating with other team members to solve problems Following up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found Training other quality insurance members on all inspection processes Lead a team of 6 QA personnel and report to the management Conduct internal audits and document the same effectively Work with external auditors to ensure that the factory is fully compliant Implement effective processes to ensure physical compliance Lead a team of 6 QA personnel and report to the management

Candidate Requirements

Bachelors/Masters degree in Food Science and Technology 3 years - 6 Years of QC/QA experience in a Food Manufacturing Unit Ability to commute reliably and effectively to Chembur everyday Resilient attitude and eagerness to learn and improve

We are a frozen foods manufacturing company based in Chem bur, Mumbai. We manufacture a range of frozen pizzas, croissants, cakes, cookies, breads, muffins, and other savory products for selling to large B 2 B institutional clients.
