Mandatory skills: . Manual Testing . Any Defect Management Tool (HP ALM, Jira, Putty, Win SCP) . Good financial domain knowledge, Capital Markets. . Experience in OMS (Order Management Systems) . Testing concepts like regression testing, functional testing, mobile web testing, system testing. . Understanding working in Agile Development. . Database Testing- SQL . Excellent communication skills . Client interview to be done before on-boarding Detailed JD: . 6-7 Years of experience in Software Testing & Quality Assurance. . Thorough understanding of Test Management and Defect Management processes. . Solid understanding Manual testing process. In-depth knowledge of a variety of testing techniques and methodologies. . Strong knowledge of industry wide Quality & Test processes and practices. . Experience of defining Test Data Profiling approaches and Test Data Management approaches. . Strong Functional understanding of Investment Banking, Capital Markets. . Strong knowledge on Database testing with experience in SQL and complex queries to support the testing. . Hands-on experience of HP ALM, JIRA . Excellent written, oral communication skills. Ability to communicate conceptual ideas clearly and effectively. . Ability to work independently or as a member of the team, Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision. . Should be good team player with the right attitude.
