Job Title: Senior QA Engineer
Location: Baner, Pune
Experience: 7+ Years
Work Mode: Hybrid (1 Day from Office)
Shift Timing: 2 PM 11 PM
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead and mentor the QA team, providing technical guidance and enforcing best practices.
Establish and maintain QA workflows, processes, and strategies to ensure efficient testing and high-quality product delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
Test Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases.
Identify, document, and manage test data requirements for various testing phases.
Automation Testing
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Cypress, Selenium, and Page Object Model (POM).
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality validation.
Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications and APIs.
Manual Testing
Perform exploratory, usability, cross-browser, and responsive UI testing when needed.
Execute regression and sanity testing as part of release cycles.
Defect Management
Identify, log, and track defects to closure using tools like JIRA and TestRail.
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for process improvements.
Documentation
Prepare and maintain detailed test documentation including test plans, test cases, bug reports, and release notes.
Stakeholder Communication
Provide application demos to business and technical stakeholders.
Communicate testing status, risks, and mitigation plans proactively throughout the project lifecycle. Skills & Tools
