Job Summary:

As a team member you will be part of a team which has full responsibility for development & testing aspects of the application. You will have the drive to focus on your work, help support you team to achieve continuous improvement, work in line to have best testing approach and participate in initiatives to improve quality, performance, and maintainability with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and usability. Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze requirements, create, and execute test cases manually as well as automated and analyze the results.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams and Conduct post release and post implementation testing
• Work closely with Software Developers and other QA engineers to deliver the highest quality products in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Generating reports such as defect analysis report, feature status reports
• Follow the software development life cycle methodology through the life of the project with specific focus on software quality
• Design, develop, review, re-factor, and maintain automation framework, test cases and scripts with quality and performance in mind.
• Identify and manage risks for schedule and quality with the team
• Add to engineering team's culture of high code& product quality

• Technical/Professional Expertise -Proficient with Windows/WPF Desktops application testing Analysis/Problem Solving
• Goes beyond immediately available information to establish the root of a problem or situation and identifies solutions
• Teamwork -Valuing input from colleagues and building positive relationships
• Communication -Communicates in a manner appropriate to the recipient and situation

• Minimum 1+ years' experience with automated testing tools or equivalent automation skills
• At least 1+ years' experience with Azure/AWS/Cloud (Good to have)
• Hands-on experience with scripting C# or Python and API Tools
• Thorough working knowledge of software testing methodologies and the testing life cycle
• Proven experience in creating test strategy and test plan and publishing various reports and metrics
