Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Manual QA Engineers in planning and executing testing activities.
• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for challenging web-based projects.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing expert insights on testing approaches and quality assurance best practices.
• Conduct risk analysis and propose mitigation strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
• Drive improvements in testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform root cause analysis of critical defects and work with the development team to implement solutions.
• Participate in architectural and design reviews to provide input on potential quality issues.

Skills & Experience

• Min 3 years\' of experience.
• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Manual QA Engineer with a strong emphasis on testing complex web applications.
• In-depth understanding of software testing methodologies, test plan development, and test case design.
• Extensive experience in testing web applications across various browsers, devices, and platforms.
• Expertise in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive testing initiatives, mentor team members, and contribute to the overall quality strategy.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Exposure to testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with automated testing principles and tools will be a plus.
