Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join the CLEAR product team. In this role, you will be

responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our enterprise-grade media workflow solutions.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and DevOps teams to define test

strategies, build automated test suites, and ensure seamless releases.



Key Responsibilities

? Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for CLEAR &

CLEARAI modules.

? Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, Browserstack

or Playwright.

? Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across web and cloud

based applications.

? Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure

test coverage.

? Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.

? Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

? Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to test strategy and best practices.

? Work closely with DevOps to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

? Stay updated on emerging QA tools, trends, and AI-driven testing approaches.


Required Qualifications

? 6-10 years of experience in software QA, with at least 3 years in automation.

? Strong experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit,

Browserstack).

? Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python for scripting automated tests.

? Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman or RestAssured.

? Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerized environments (Docker,

Kubernetes).

? Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

? Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

? Experience with media workflows, video streaming, or digital asset management systems.

? Exposure to AI/ML-based testing tools or interest in AI-driven quality engineering.

? Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.

? ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
