:- As a QA Engineer, you will utilize your technical aptitude, experience, communication, and analytical skills to solve complex system problems. In this role, you work as part of an innovative software team working with a variety of technologies (i.e. web applications, databases, micro-services, big data, machine learning, etc.) and standard design patterns to produce quality production systems.
Roles and Responsibilities

• Test web and service based (micro-service) components.

• Extensive knowledge and discipline in software quality engineering process; experience on complex projects.

• Work closely with developers in an agile team to maintain and develop new and existing web properties.

• Comfortable working and multi-tasking in a fast-paced and globally distributed team environment.

• Responsible for integrity of technical work on projects. Helps to plan, estimate, organize, and perform the technical work of an assignment. Coordinates activity with other project team members.

• Ability and desire to always be learning new technologies, frameworks, tools, languages, etc.

• Improve our development culture: promote innovation, new technologies, trends, methodologies, development tools, best practices, processes, libraries, etc.

• Generates test cases, documentation, and participates in peer code reviews to ensure software quality.

• Stay current with evolving standards and technologies, implementing them within assignments as appropriate.

• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Basic Qualification

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (masters highly preferred) in related field.

• 3-5+ years of leading testing efforts for complex service-based web applications

• 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience writing selenium automation tests

• Deep knowledge of web technologies like MVC based Web Apps, HTTP protocol, JSON/XML, REST

• Cloud Computing: 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with a major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, Azure)

• Database: knowledge of noSQL data structures

• Process: Agile/SCRUM, Continuous Integration/Deployment

Optional (Preferred):

• GCP knowledge and Certifications (GAE highly preferred)

• Understanding of virtualization technologies

• Java 8/11

• MongoDB/noSQL DB
