QA Automation Engineer

with 5-7 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with test automation tools, and a solid understanding of SDLC and Agile processes. You'll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable software products.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain

automation test frameworks

for web, mobile, and API testing. Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify test scenarios suitable for automation. Write

clean, reusable, and efficient automated test scripts

using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or equivalent. Integrate automated tests into

CI/CD pipelines

using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools. Conduct

functional, regression, integration, and performance testing

using automation suites. Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for timely resolution. Create and maintain

comprehensive test documentation

-- including test plans, test cases, and automation reports. Participate in

code reviews

for test scripts to ensure quality and maintainability.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5-7 years of hands-on experience in

test automation

for web, API, or mobile applications. Strong expertise in

automation frameworks

(e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium). Proficiency in

programming/scripting languages

like Java, PHP, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript. Hands-on experience with

REST API testing

tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured). Experience with

CI/CD pipelines

(Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, etc.). Solid understanding of

Agile/Scrum

methodologies and SDLC processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
