Job Title: Functional Tester / QA Analyst
Exp: 2-4 yrs.
Job description:
We are seeking a skilled Functional Tester / QA Analyst with 2-4 yrs. of exp to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, excellent analytical skills & keen eye for details.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct functional testing of applications (preferable HRMS) to ensure they meet specified requirements
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand project requirements and design effective test cases
3. Execute test cases manually and if applicable automate test scripts using testing tool
4. Identify, document & track application defects to resolution
5. Participate in the creation and maintenance of test scenarios documentation!
6. Collaborate with developers to communicate issues and verify bug fixes
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing process
Requirements:
1. Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or related field
2. 2-4 yrs. exp in functional testing or QA
3. Strong understanding of software testing concepts
4. Experience with test case design, execution & defect tracking
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environment
6. Candidates with experience in HRMS testing are preferable.
