Role Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Architect (Python/AWS) to lead backend architecture and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices-based systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on skills in Python (Flask), AWS (Lambda, Redshift, Glue, S3), RDBMS optimization, and CI/CD automation.

Key Responsibilities:
Architect and lead backend systems for scalability and uptime.

Build and maintain microservices & REST APIs with Flask.

Design optimized RDBMS/SQL databases (PostgreSQL, Aurora).

Manage production-grade AWS deployments (Lambda, Glue, Redshift, S3).

Drive CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes.

Mentor and lead developers, enforce coding standards and reviews.

Implement logging, monitoring (CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK).

Align development with business goals and estimation accuracy.

Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization.

Must-Have Skills:
Python (Flask), Celery

AWS Services: Lambda, Glue, Redshift, S3

Microservices & API Gateway, distributed systems

SQL Alchemy, PostgreSQL, performance tuning

CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform

Monitoring: ELK, CloudWatch, Prometheus

Agile/Scrum and excellent communication

Mandatory Experience:

Background in high-scale product companies with focus on uptime and defect prevention

Deep exposure to US Healthcare domain is a plus

Experience in leading and mentoring distributed engineering teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?2,500,000.00 - ?4,000,000.00 per year
