We are seeking a skilled

Pega Developer

responsible for developing and maintaining applications built on the

Pega platform

. The ideal candidate will also have strong experience in

Java

,

JavaScript

, and

relational databases

such as

Oracle

or

MySQL

. The role involves end-to-end participation in the

Software Development Life Cycle

(SDLC), from requirement gathering to deployment and support.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using Python with clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Design and scale high-performance, reliable public APIs. Work with GraphQL services, including schema design, queries, mutations, and resolvers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, product, DevOps) to deliver end-to-end features. Containerize services using Docker and manage deployments in Kubernetes environments. Utilize GitHub Actions for CI/CD, managing automated tests and deployment pipelines. Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, and sprint planning in an agile environment. Take full ownership of features with mentorship from senior engineers.

Required Skills

Strong Python expertise: Proficient in idiomatic Python, async patterns, type annotations, unit testing, and modern libraries. API Development: Solid experience building and scaling RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs in production. GraphQL: Familiarity with frameworks such as Strawberry, Graphene, or similar. Containerization: Practical experience with Docker and container-based workflows. CI/CD: Knowledge of GitHub Actions for test automation and deployment processes. Collaboration: Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-driven work style.
