Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain high-quality backend applications using Python, Django, or Flask. Build, integrate, and manage RESTful APIs and backend services. Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices. Collaborate with front-end, design, and QA teams to deliver robust features on time. Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and reliability. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting issues. Stay updated with new tools, frameworks, backend technologies, and AI innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in

Python (3.x)

with hands-on experience in

Django or Flask

. Solid understanding of

ORMs, REST APIs

, and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.). Experience with

Git

, Linux environment, and Agile/Scrum development processes.

Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts

and the ability to work on or understand

AI-based product development

is a strong advantage. Experience with cloud platforms like

AWS, Azure, or GCP

is a plus. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities. Good verbal and written communication skills.
