Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated

Senior Python Developer

with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in

. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable handling

client calls

, and have the ability to

work independently

with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Python-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Participate in regular client calls to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver technical insights. Work independently on assigned tasks and manage project deadlines effectively. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices. Maintain documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of professional experience

in Python development. Strong understanding of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), and ORM libraries. Proficient in writing reusable, testable, and efficient code. Excellent

verbal and written communication

skills. Prior experience in

client communication

and requirements gathering. Ability to work

independently

and take full ownership of projects/tasks. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Angular is a plus). Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
