Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled

Python Developer

with expertise in

Django

and

Django Rest Framework (DRF)

to join our growing team. This role involves developing high-performance web applications and scalable backend systems in a collaborative, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Python, Django, and DRF. Build and maintain RESTful APIs for frontend and third-party integrations. Collaborate closely with frontend developers for seamless UI integration. Optimize performance, scalability, and security of applications. Identify and fix bugs; improve system performance. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices. Ensure data protection and compliance with privacy regulations. Implement unit testing and participate in code reviews. Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and mentor peers when needed.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

5 to 10 years in Python development, especially with Django and DRF.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Technical Skills:

Strong in Python and Django/DRF frameworks. Expertise in building RESTful APIs. Proficient with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools. Experience with Git, Docker, Celery, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with asynchronous programming and task scheduling. Bonus: Frontend exposure (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication. Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Experience in product-based companies or healthcare domain. Knowledge of microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with API gateways, third-party integrations, or authentication mechanisms.
