About Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Product Development Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Python-based products and services that are core to our business. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate user needs into functional and scalable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of core Python-based services and applications.
Collaborate with product management to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
Develop and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Optimize performance and scalability of systems to support high growth and usage.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
Integrate third-party APIs and tools where appropriate.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tooling.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to long-term technical strategy.
Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with QA and DevOps to ensure high-quality releases and deployments.
