Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Python Developer to lead our team. As a Python Developer Team Lead, you will be responsible for building high-quality, scalable web applications and APIs, and for guiding and mentoring junior developers. You'll lead a team of developers to create innovative solutions and provide technical leadership to our projects. Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex web applications using Python and Django. Architect robust, scalable, and efficient server-side applications. Design and maintain high-performance APIs to support various client-facing and internal applications. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code, enforcing best practices for software development. Optimize applications for speed and scalability, ensuring high performance. Implement and enforce security and data protection best practices in the application development process. Lead the integration of front-end elements with server-side logic, working closely with front-end developers. Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues with both front-end and back-end systems. Conduct thorough code reviews, maintain code quality, and ensure adherence to development standards. Work closely with project managers, designers, and other teams to deliver new features and updates, and manage project timelines. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering their professional growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a relatedfield. 2.5+ years of experience working with Python and Django, with proven leadership experience. Expert understanding of RESTful API development and integration. Extensive experience with database technologies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar). Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular). Expertise in version control systems, particularly Git. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
