Netware is a Banking Software Development Company for Co operative society software.

We are looking for a

Python Developer

responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and APIs. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, experience with Python frameworks, and a solid understanding of databases and cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain

Python-based backend services

Build and maintain

RESTful APIs

using frameworks like

FastAPI, Flask, or Django

Integrate applications with

databases

(PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) Write clean, reusable, and testable code Optimize application performance and scalability Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems Participate in code reviews and technical discussion
Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in

Python

Experience with

FastAPI / Flask / Django

Good understanding of

REST APIs

Experience with

SQL databases

(PostgreSQL preferred) Familiarity with

ORMs

(SQLAlchemy, Django ORM) Understanding of

data structures and algorithms

Experience with

Git

and version control workflows Knowledge of

unit testing

(PyTest, unittest)
Need to have good skill with PL SQL as well.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
