Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Senior Purchase Executive

to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and proven expertise in procurement, negotiation, inventory, and stock management, particularly in

Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC)

systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, components, and equipment for HVAC projects and operations. Identify and evaluate suppliers, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery. Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and maintain records of goods ordered and received. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and project teams to ensure stock availability. Maintain accurate data on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost-saving initiatives. Develop and implement efficient procurement strategies to meet business needs. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Collaborate with engineering, planning, and finance teams to forecast procurement needs. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in

Mechanical Engineering

5-8 years

of relevant experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in the HVAC industry. Strong understanding of

HVAC systems

and related technical components. Excellent

negotiation

and

vendor management

skills. Proven experience in

inventory

and

stock management

, including maintaining optimal inventory levels. Proficient in procurement software and MS Office (especially Excel). Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in ERP-based procurement systems. Knowledge of import/export documentation (if applicable). Awareness of market trends and pricing strategies in HVAC equipment and components.
