Experience:

Minimum 7 years experience

in Purchase Construction / Real Estate industry experience preferred

Key Skills:

Advanced MS Excel

(Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS Reports)

ERP software knowledge mandatory

Vendor development and negotiation Rate analysis and comparison Purchase budgeting and cost control

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end purchase activities Prepare and release Purchase Orders (PO) Maintain purchase records in ERP Coordinate with site, store, and accounts team Vendor follow-up for timely material delivery Maintain MIS and monthly purchase reports Ensure cost-effective procurement
