Job Summary

We are looking for a

Sr. Purchase Executive

with strong experience in

Primary Packing Material (PPM) purchase, planning, and artwork coordination

for the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

Primary Packing Material (PPM) purchase

for pharma products Vendor coordination for

bottles, caps, blisters, labels, cartons, foils

, etc.

Planning and follow-up

to ensure material availability as per production schedule Coordinate with

QA, Production, and Artwork team

for artwork approval and implementation Ensure timely

purchase orders, delivery follow-ups, and documentation

Maintain compliance with

GMP and company purchase procedures

Support audits and ensure proper purchase records

Requirements

3-5 years of experience

in pharmaceutical purchase Strong knowledge of

PPM procurement and artwork management

Experience working with pharma vendors and specifications Familiar with

GMP, SOPs, and pharma documentation

Good coordination and communication skills Willing to visit

Plant (Indrad) once a week

Education

Graduate / Diploma (Purchase, Supply Chain, or related field preferred)

Preferred Candidate

Pharmaceutical industry experience is

mandatory

Immediate or short notice period preferred Ahmedabad-based candidates will be an advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,983.47 - ₹34,818.21 per month

Work Location: In person
