Experience Required:

3+ years (Office / Corporate Purchase Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end purchase processes for materials, packaging items, printing items, and office supplies. Identify reliable vendors, obtain quotations, evaluate price comparisons, and negotiate for best rates. Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in coordination with the accounts and stores department. Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery and resolve any delays or discrepancies. Maintain updated vendor records, price lists, and purchase logs. Coordinate with internal departments (production, warehouse, marketing, sales) to understand requirements. Monitor inventory levels and raise timely purchase requisitions. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies. Evaluate vendor performance regularly based on quality, pricing, and delivery. Assist in cost-saving initiatives and alternate vendor sourcing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

3+ years of experience

in purchasing/procurement (preferably in stationery, printing, packaging, or manufacturing industry). Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel, PO creation, and documentation. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and follow-up skills.
