Now Hiring: Sr. NVD Executive (New Vendor Development)

We are looking for a Sr. NVD Executive to identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to support procurement, product sourcing, and business expansion. The role includes vendor scouting, market research, documentation handling, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to create a strong and reliable vendor network.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential vendors through market and product research. Collect quotations, compare pricing, negotiate terms, and prepare vendor comparison sheets. Manage documentation including MAF, certifications, vendor KYC, and catalogues. Support vendor onboarding, approvals, and ERP entries. Work with Purchase, Finance, Logistics, and Operations for vendor finalization and tracking performance.
Requirements

Graduate in any discipline. 2-3 years experience in procurement/vendor development/purchase. Strong skills in negotiation, documentation, research, and Excel. Experience with OEMs, B2B vendors, or tender-based sourcing preferred.
