Key Responsibilities

Teaching Duties

Punjabi language and literature

effectively to assigned classes. Prepare

lesson plans, teaching materials

syllabus

in accordance with curriculum standards (e.g., PSEB). Focus on

reading, writing, grammar, poetry, and cultural elements

of Punjabi. Use innovative and inclusive teaching methodologies (smart boards, interactive tools, etc.). Conduct

classroom assessments

, unit tests, and help prepare students for board exams.

Curriculum Development

Design and update curriculum and content to meet

educational goals and language proficiency

. Contribute to setting

learning objectives

for different grade levels. Collaborate with other language teachers for

interdisciplinary learning
