Qualification & Experience Requirements:

Educational Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Both Modular Installations & Doors Installations across high-rise buildings and villas

Technical Skills:

Proficient in modular & door installation techniques Strong understanding of site readiness requirements for Modular & door installation Skilled in preparing detailed installation reports and documentation Well-versed in conducting quality checks for Residential modular & door installation works Vendor & Team Management Experience in handling a network of installation vendors Strong labor management skills to effectively coordinate on-site workforce Good negotiation skills for vendor engagement and procurement processes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?650,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
