10+ years of experience with

8+ years in project management and solution delivery within the pharmaceutical or life sciences domain. Experienced

managing end-to-end project lifecycles in regulated environments, leading offshore and onshore teams and driving Agile/Scrum-based delivery. Strong hands-on experience with GxP practices, FDA and global regulatory frameworks, sprint and release planning, risk and dependency management and ensuring timely, high-quality feature delivery aligned with business priorities.

Working Hours: Must be available to work in client-aligned hours (

IST: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM - based on daylight savings)

Salary: Upto INR 40 Lakhs per annum (Depending on experience and qualifications).

Position Overview: The

Project Manager (Solution Delivery Lead) will be responsible for driving end-to-end software delivery through high-performing offshore teams within the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences domain. The role demands strong leadership, deep domain understanding and the ability to operate effectively in regulated environments. This position acts as a critical bridge between onshore stakeholders and offshore delivery teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements and technical execution while maintaining delivery excellence, quality and transparency.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle across pharma and life sciences programs (Commercial, R&D, Regulatory).*
Own feature and sprint delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality execution by offshore development teams.*
Provide strong business and domain context to engineering teams to ensure clarity on functional objectives and value realization.*
Perform detailed sprint planning, execution tracking and release planning in collaboration with Domain Delivery Leads.*
Proactively identify, analyse and resolve delivery risks, dependencies and impediments in real time.*
Act as the primary onshore-offshore liaison, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.*
Monitor and improve team performance using Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown and throughput.*
Enable and support quality assurance activities, ensuring adherence to quality, compliance and regulatory standards.*
Support governance activities, including QBR inputs, reporting and contribution to new product or proposal initiatives.*
Foster a servant leadership culture, mentoring teams, removing roadblocks and driving continuous improvement.*

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies*
Hands-on project and delivery management experience*
Solid understanding of Pharma / Life Sciences domain, including commercial operations*
Knowledge of GxP, FDA, ICH and global regulatory frameworks*
Excellent planning, organization and execution tracking skills*
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities*

Technical acumen to engage with engineering teams on solution design and execution*
