Experience :- 10 - 15Year (specifically in High-Rise Residential RCC + Finishing execution).

Qualification :- B.E. in Civil Engineering

Salary :- 70,000 - 100,000

Gender :- Male

Job Location :- Dharampeth, Nagpur

Industry :- Real estate builders & construction company in Nagpur

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Execution

o Pure execution role; cost shall be purely based on time, quality, cost, and safety.

o Supervise and manage execution of civil works (structural, finishing, and external development) for high-rise and township projects.

o Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project timelines.

o Plan daily and weekly site activities, allocate resources, and monitor progress.

2. Coordination

o Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors.

o Attend project review meetings and provide timely progress reports.

3. Resource Management

o Manage manpower, machinery, and materials efficiently to ensure optimal productivity and cost control.

4. Documentation & Reporting

Key Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team management skills. Purely high-rise, residential, RCC + Finishing.
Qualification & Experience:

Education: B.E. in Civil Engineering (minimum). Experience: Minimum 15+ years (specifically in High-Rise Residential RCC + Finishing execution). Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in Nagpur city projects. Note: No Infra / Road / Dam experience required.
