Job Title: Project Manager:

Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and completing construction projects within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations. The role involves coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution / Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Ensure timely execution of construction activities as per drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and engineers / Monitor daily progress and resolve site-related issues.

Cost & Budget Control / Prepare and monitor project budgets and cash flow.

Control project costs and avoid overruns. / Quality Control

Approve bills, measurements, and vendor payments.

Ensure construction work meets approved quality standards.

Implement QA/QC procedures at site. / Conduct inspections and corrective actions.

Safety & Compliance / Team & Stakeholder Management

Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory norms, and company policies.

Conduct safety meetings and audits. / Documentation & Reporting

Ensure adherence to labour laws and environmental regulations.

Lead site engineers, supervisors, and support staff.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.

Communicate project updates to management and clients.

Maintain project records, drawings, approvals, and reports. / Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Handle project handover and closeout documentation.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management.

Certification in Project Management is an added advantage.

Experience:

Minimum 10-15 years

of experience in construction projects.

Experience in Industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management skills and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and BOQ.

Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD / MS Excel.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / Budget adherence.

On-time project completion. / Quality and safety compliance. / Client satisfaction.

Pay: From ?150,000.00 per month
