About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

Senior Project Manager

with a strong background in

construction management for high-end interior and architectural projects

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading multiple projects from design coordination through execution and handover, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency.

This role demands a professional who can collaborate closely with clients, consultants, designers, vendors, and on-site teams while maintaining the firm's design and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee

end-to-end project management

for premium interior and architectural projects -- from concept to completion. Develop and monitor

project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations

to ensure timely delivery within approved parameters. Lead

coordination between design, engineering, procurement, and execution teams

. Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring

quality control, safety compliance, and design intent

are maintained. Conduct regular

project review meetings

with clients and stakeholders; prepare progress reports and documentation. Manage

contractor performance, vendor negotiations

, and material approvals in alignment with project goals. Identify potential

risks and deviations

, implement corrective measures proactively. Support procurement of new projects through

technical inputs, estimates, and feasibility studies

. Mentor and guide project engineers, site managers, and junior team members. Ensure

adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements

related to construction and interiors.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

interior fit-out works, MEP coordination, architectural detailing, and finishing standards

. Excellent understanding of

construction sequencing, tendering, and project billing processes

. Proven leadership and

multi-stakeholder coordination

skills. Strong analytical, decision-making, and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in

MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, Excel, and project reporting tools

. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to handle

multiple projects across locations

with minimal supervision.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in

Civil Engineering / Architecture

(Master's in Project Management or Construction Management preferred). PMP or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.

Remuneration:

Commensurate with experience and industry standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
