Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, resource allocation, client coordination, vendor management, and site execution activities.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Lead project execution and monitor daily progress at sites. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance. Prepare progress reports, BOQs, and documentation for management review. Identify risks and implement corrective actions to resolve issues. Manage resource allocation, material planning, and cost control.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 6+ years of project management experience in construction Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and project monitoring tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams independently.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
