Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement D365 solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system solutions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for D365 issues. Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide documentation on system updates and changes.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) with a solid understanding of its architecture, relationship management, and customization capabilities. Strong knowledge of .NET, JavaScript, and other coding languages used in D365. Excellent understanding of business processes and ability to translate these into system solutions. * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
