Key Responsibilities:

1- Basic electrical components & it's working principle, selection, function
2- Calculation of wire size, fuse size, relay, contactors etc.
3- Type of connectors, terminals, conduit, sleeves etc.
4- Wiring harness retention and Splice balancing.
5- Types of batteries, specifications, advantages etc.
6- Electrical motors, its types & working principles.
7- Types of sensors, switches, its working principle.
8- High Voltage system knowledge, do's and don't, safety regulations etc.
9- Equipment or vehicle level schematic integration and knowledge.
10- Database creation, library work in Zuken.

Skill & Experienced Required :

Education:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical or Electronics Engineering.

Experience:

3 to 5 Years of Experience in designing, schematic, routing of wiring harnesses using Zuken or NX tools.

CAD Tool Requirements:

NX Harness Routing, Teamcenter and Zuken Expertise (schematic creation, connector library, flatten drawing) *

Industry Background:

Material handling industry, Electrical vehicle industry or similar sectors.
