Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :-

Responsible for end-to-end

project planning, execution, monitoring and closure

Prepare

project schedules, timelines, budgets and resource plans

Coordinate with

project managers, senior engineers, contractors, vendors and suppliers

Monitor

site activities

to ensure work is completed as per

drawings, specifications and standards

Interact with

customers/clients

to understand project requirements and provide updates Ensure quality control on

project execution, materials, schedules and manpower

Track

project progress

and prepare

status reports for management

Review

engineering activities

and initiate corrective & preventive actions when required Develop and review technical specifications for

required equipment and materials

Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, safety norms and company policies Support cost control and profitability of projects Conduct

project review meetings

and take necessary approvals from seniors Guide and mentor trainee and junior engineers Ready for

site visits

and

travel across India or outside India

as required

Eligibility Criteria :-

BE / BTech in

Mechanical Engineering

5-6 years

of relevant experience in

project execution

and

site coordination

Strong knowledge of

project management processes

Experience in

site handling, vendor coordination and client interaction

Good understanding of e

ngineering drawings

and technical specifications Knowledge of

quality standards, safety practices and statutory requirements

Proficient in

MS Office, Outlook and basic Project Management tools

Good English communication skills (verbal & written) Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills Willingness to

travel

to

project sites as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹472,737.10 - ₹1,331,128.83 per year
