This role requires proactive coordination with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, project timelines, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Schedule and conduct pre-installation site visits to assess site readiness and identify potential issues before project execution.
2. Coordinate closely with Site Engineers to verify on-site conditions and ensure compliance with project requirements.
3. Review and validate the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) against project scope and technical drawings.
4. Plan and manage the installation schedule, ensuring efficient resource deployment and timely completion.
5. Liaise with the installation and procurement teams to ensure material availability and workforce readiness.
6. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and deviations from plan; implement corrective actions as necessary.
7. Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, quality norms, and engineering practices.
8. Facilitate regular communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams to maintain transparency and trust.
9. Participate in regular review meetings and prepare accurate project documentation, reports, and updates.
