Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Project Coordinator

with a strong background in

Agile methodologies

to support project planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent coordination skills, a deep understanding of Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban), and experience working closely with product owners, developers, QA, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate Agile ceremonies:

daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives

, and backlog grooming. Assist Scrum Masters and Product Owners in maintaining

JIRA

/Agile boards and sprint tracking. Ensure teams follow Agile best practices and assist in removing roadblocks or dependencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables. Monitor and report on

project progress, risks, and metrics

to stakeholders and leadership. Maintain and update

project documentation

, timelines, and sprint schedules. Coordinate with multiple agile teams to ensure alignment across projects and releases. Drive communication between business, technical, and operational teams. Support resource planning, task allocation, and change management activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

4+ years of experience

in project coordination, with at least

2+ years in Agile environments

. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Hands-on experience with

JIRA, Confluence

, or similar tools. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Agile or Scrum certifications (e.g.,

CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe

). Experience in software development or IT project coordination. Familiarity with SDLC and DevOps practices.
