Honeywell Aerospace Technologies (AT) products and services are found on virtually every commercial, defense, and space aircraft in the world. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Aero Duty Drawback project from initiation to closure Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication. Utilize data analytics to assess project performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance project outcomes, particularly in relation to duty drawback calculations and reporting. Develop dashboards and reports to communicate project metrics and insights to stakeholders effectively, ensuring that all parties are informed of the project's financial and operational impacts. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and policies throughout the project Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices

You must have:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management or related roles. Ability to work independently and in a team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide practical solutions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and effectively communicate project status/challenges. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

We Value:

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance Engineering, or related field. Prior experience in a senior project management role & knowledge of project management methodologies. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements. Experience in auditing will be beneficial to ensure compliance and identify areas for process improvement Desirable proficiency in coding tools such as Python or R, SQL
