Areas of Responsibility Business Rule Configuration Management Perform Configuration Management tasks as described in the SDLC process and the project plan Provide algorithms/pseudo code/scripts related to the configuration change management life cycle and also give directions on the solutions to ensure quality deliverable Manage the configuration changes conflict resolution process to ensure integrity and quality configuration items Oversee the configuration change management process and procedure Ensure effective use of configuration resources Adhere to configuration and release management disciplines and methodology Perform configuration reviews on all configuration items and provide related report accordingly Collect BRCM related measurements and report on the process and product status to the Delivery Manager Take a lead role in the execution of business rule configuration and environment readiness Ensure tracking of each configuration activity until the change is made LIVE Continually assure and enforce compliance to company policy and standards, company business practices, and legal and regulatory requirements within assigned responsible areas take timely actions to report, control, analyze and rectify any identified vulnerabilities and exceptions. Change Management Analyze software change tracking (SCT) request in relation to business rule configuration Should mainly involve in pseudo code preparations and rule reviews for adhering to the SCT disciplines and methodology Also assist team to ensure more reliable, efficient and cost effective methodologies are adapted Collect and provide ongoing project feedback to existing SCT to look into the impacts and also to ensure the best possible solution is put in place No Technical Competencies Formal education B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science / MCA Leadership experience Strong experience gained in leading teams (2+yrs) Analytical Background Ability to think across multiple systems, applications & architectures. Excellent in providing algorithms/pseudo code for all solutions Knowledge & experience in applications MSSQL 2008 or above IIS C#.Net JIRA - Defect & Tasks management or equivalent Project Management tools SVN - Subversion SCM or equivalent Familiarity with SDLC methodologies Waterfall Agile V Model Domain Knowledge Healthcare Insurance or Financial services (desirable) SDLC Played key role and have good experience in all aspects of the SDLC
