Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned

Program Manager

to lead mission-critical programs across

cloud-native platforms and AI application development

, including initiatives within

provento.ai

.

This role sits at the intersection of

strategy, execution, and technology

, requiring strong leadership across engineering, product, data, and customer stakeholders. You will ensure that complex AI and cloud programs are delivered with predictability, quality, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Program Ownership & Execution

Own end-to-end delivery of multiple programs spanning cloud-native and AI platforms. Translate business objectives and product roadmaps into executable delivery plans. Define milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics. Ensure predictable, on-time delivery using Agile / Scrum / SAFe practices.

Cloud-Native & AI Program Leadership

Lead programs building

microservices-based, cloud-native platforms

on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Oversee AI/ML application delivery including: Data ingestion and pipelines Model development, deployment, and inference MLOps, CI/CD, and AI lifecycle governance Partner with architects to ensure scalability, security, compliance, and cost efficiency.

Cross-Functional & Distributed Team Leadership

Act as the central coordination point across engineering, product, data science, QA, DevOps, and security teams. Enable real-time collaboration across distributed US-India teams. Remove delivery bottlenecks and proactively unblock teams.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as a trusted delivery partner for enterprise customers. Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to customers and executive leadership. Ensure customer commitments are met with high quality and transparency.

Governance, Metrics & Continuous Improvement

Establish program governance, reporting cadence, and delivery metrics (OKRs, KPIs). Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, release management, and quality. Mentor project managers and contribute to Proxima's delivery excellence playbook.

Required Qualifications

8-10 years

of experience in program or senior project management roles. Strong experience managing

cloud-native application development programs

. Demonstrated success delivering

AI/ML-powered platforms or applications

. Hands-on experience with: Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP DevOps and CI/CD practices Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team, distributed programs. Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with

enterprise or regulated customers

. Familiarity with: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform Data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI) PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications. Background in product-led or high-growth environments.
