Location: Ondo State, Nigeria | Qualification: PhD in ICT/ Information Systems/ Computer Science/ Cyber Security | Experience: 5-15 years | | Salary Offered: 2.5 - 4 Lacs per month | Note : Should be onboard with University by March 2026

Job Summary

Responsible for strategic planning, academic quality, faculty development, budget management, and external relations

Key Responsibilities

Deliver

specific lectures for upper-level/advanced courses

Supervise or _mentor graduate or advanced undergraduate research/thesis projects_
- Integrate current industry or research trends into coursework to enhance learning outcomes
- Lead the faculty's academic, research, and administrative functions
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with university goals
- Manage faculty recruitment, development, and performance reviews
- Oversee budget preparation, allocation, and financial planning
- Build partnerships/relationships with industry, government and academic institutions. Represent the faculty in university-level committees and external bodies

Qualifications

- Ph.D. in ICT/ Information Systems/ Computer Science/ Cyber Security
- Should have 10+ years of Experience ideally at reputed College / University
- Strong leadership and management experience in higher education
- Recognized academic standing with a proven research record
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
