Job Description

Develop and execute production schedules aligned with sales forecasts and client orders. Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. Optimize resource allocation (manpower, machinery, materials). Implement lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and improve productivity. Standardize operating procedures across cutting, assembly, finishing, and packaging. Ensure smooth integration of CNC, manual, and semi-automatic processes. Establish and enforce quality standards for raw materials and finished products. Conduct inspections and audits to minimize defects and rework. Collaborate with design and R&D teams to ensure manufacturability of new products. Lead supervisors, machine operators, and production staff. Provide training on safety, machinery handling, and process improvements. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Control production costs through efficient material utilization and vendor management. Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Prepare MIS reports on production output, efficiency, and quality metrics. Communicate with senior management on challenges, risks, and improvement plans. Liaise with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
