Manager/Sr. Manager - Production (Agrochemicals Formulations)
LOCATION
-Chopanki near Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
QUALIFICATION
-B.Sc./M.Sc. /B. Tech (Agriculture / Chemistry/ Biotech) or similar.
EXPERIENCE
- 8+ years
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage production planning and scheduling of material flow to meet production schedule and customer requirement.
Managing the man power distribution in all plant section.
Setting process parameters of products so as to minimize rework and wastage.
Develop safety procedures for those working with potentially dangerous chemicals and working according to OSHAS.
Work experience in MS Navision ERP Software.
Should have experience in Agrochemical Formulations such as WP, SC, EC, ZC, WDG, FS, SG, SL technical plant.
Mass and Energy balance of any procedure.
Maintain the proper production records as BPR and other records.
Co-ordinate with support service department for the timely procurement of RM/PM.
Ensure a desired level of first time right quality production.
Assist the maintenance team in providing the desired level of engineering services to ensure.
Ensuring compliance to norms related to safety standards housekeeping and ISO: 9001.
