Managing entire production department & production operations Daily production planning, execution & monitoring Maintain production quality as per company standards Achieve production targets within defined timelines Coordinate with Quality, Design & Store team Prepare production reports, records & documentation Manpower handling & ensuring discipline on shop floor Ensure safety, 5S, and continuous improvement in production area

Required Skills:

Leadership & Team Management Problem solving & decision making Knowledge of Pumps / Valves manufacturing processes Strong communication & coordination skills Computer Proficiency (Excel / ERP preferred)
